Our local counties (Burnett, Polk & St. Croix) require every septics to be pumped every three years.
For regular septic pumping reminders, your county of residence will send a reminder post card. Otherwise if your toilet is making a gurgling noise or flushes slowly, it may be time.
Overall, the sooner the better, especially for holiday weekends or throughout the busy season between May 1st through October 1st. We suggest at least a two-week lead time on all portable toilets, at least.
For mobile bathroom rentals, we have limited inventory so it's important to book as soon as you have a date for your event. We accept reservations on these bathrooms starting the first of year for any events happening throughout that calendar year.
Our standard portable toilets come with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. If you're renting on a monthly basis, you can expect your portable toilets to be cleaned and stocked weekly.

Our local counties may request periodic septic inspections. These are visual inspections just to ensure there are no roots or cracks in the tank, and we clean the filter.
POWTS inspections are done in preparation for the sale of a property. These inspections including running the water, checking flowage and reporting to confirm if the system is up to code or if updates should be made.
